 Terms of Service

By ordering any commission from me, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions

I am not held responsible if you do not read every clause written

If anything seems unclear, feel free to contact me to discuss it prior to paying the Invoice

Customers must be at least 16 years old to get a commission from me

The Artist:

I own the rights to the art (not the characters)

I own the marketing rights to the art

I have the right to post my artworks on to my online galleries

I have the right to decline your commission if I am not comfortable drawing

My art can take a lot of time, or no time at all. Please be patient with my process

The Customer:

You may upload the finished art to your galleries with proper credit to me

You are not allowed to use my work for profit in any sense

You may not edit my works in any shape or form

General Use:

You may not trace, copy or sell my art for profit

If you want to use my art for reference, you must come to me first and have my permission

Proper credit must always be given

Payment, Process & Refunds

I only accept USD as payment via Paypal

I ask for 50% of the total payment before work begins

I will draw the initial sketch for approval before taking the rest of payment

I will give updates (line art, color blocking, background) before proceeding with each step

If I cannot finish the commission I will offer a refund in full

I will have 1 month to prepare the refund

If you cancel a commission after full payment, I will refund only the portion equivalent to work not completed

Refunds are not applicable if you do not respond to my messages within three weeks of updates. If you ghost me, this will be seen as a cancellation with no refund

After the initial sketch is approved, I will allow for one change to be made. Any changes requested after this will be an additional charge (noted on the price list)

Miscellaneous

Will Do:

Canines and felines are my go to species

I can attempt other species, but these will take more time

Up to 5 characters max. in one piece

Will Not Do:

I will not draw NSFW under any condition

I will not draw heavy gore

I will not, under any circumstance, accept the use of AI for references

My artwork is not to be used in AI in any way, shape or form
